  You've read our FAQ. Now take 3 minutes to read this page. If not, you will have problems. All you need to know about working with your assigned Project Manager inside the project tool is on this page.

 

Our project tool is easy. Most clients know it in ~9 minutes. Below is acces to a demo project:

The demo project is not a real project. The demo project is provided for you to get a feel for how we work. Don't post real messages or real project information to the demo project, we'll never see it.

 

Credentials: username, password and email

Do not alter, modify or change your assigned username, password or email. If you need your username, password or email modified, Message your assigned Project Manager. Do not modify your username, password or email without the assistance of your assigned Project Manager. If you change your credentials without the assistance of your assigned Project Manager, key data exchanges will be lost, project data corrupted and your credentials will need to be reissued.

 

Messages

Project communication, details, updates, files, document sharing, reviews and discussions are all managed with Messages. Do not reply to Messages via email; login and post your Message reply inside your project. If you post email replies they will never be seen.

 

Do not email us direct at the email address noted inside your project, it is not valid, there will be no reply. If you need to contact us outside of your Project, post a Message direct at out site. There is a Message form on every page at our site.

Time Reports

Request a Time Report with a break-down of your project hours anytime. Request your Time Report and your Project Manager will post your Time Report to your project. Time Reports are only provided to properly funded accounts. If a recharge is due, you will need to recharge your account before your Time Report is posted.

 

Milestones

Here you will see Milestones for your project: past, present and future. All Milestone dates are subject to change. Milestones change as we adjust Production Schedules to meet project-demand.

 

Files

Files loaded to your project must be attached to a Message. There is a file attachment feature with every Message you post. Files with code (.htm/.php/.jsp/.js/.csv/passwords/etc.) are best posted in ZIP/RAR. DO NOT load files directly to the Files tab. If you load files directly inside the Files tab, without attaching them to a Message, they will not be seen.

 

Contact & Communication

Project communication is managed exclusively inside the project tool. Do not reply to project tool Messages via email. Login and post your Message reply inside the project tool. Do not email us at the email address noted inside the project tool, there will be no reply. To contact us, post a Message inside the project tool or submit the Message form at our site. We do not provide telephone support. If you would like a Chat, you will need to purchase a Chat at our site.

 

One Login Area & One Access URL

Properly funded accounts are provided with credentials and a private/separate login URL. You will be able to access your project with a login at the private/separate URL provided by staff. Do not access your project from any other URL other than the URL provided by staff, it won't work.
